Behind the Press
NON-LINEAR THINKING
-
Every project starts with people. I research across a range of sources—articles, podcasts, documentaries, social media, and real conversations—to build a well-rounded understanding of the audience. I put myself in their shoes to uncover not just what they say they need, but what they actually feel. Because design isn’t just visual—it’s human.
-
Before designing anything, I get clear on the problem. What is this solving? Who is it for? Where is it falling short? I look for the moments where “something isn’t matching”—the gaps, the friction, the missed connections. That clarity becomes the foundation and the heart of the brand.
-
From those gaps, the design begins. I move into concepting with intention, keeping pain points at the center of every decision. This is where strategy turns into form—building out identity, voice, and visual language that directly responds to the problem, not just decorates it.
-
My process thrives on real-time feedback. I test ideas early and often to understand what’s working, what’s not, and why. Design should function, communicate, and connect—so I refine based on how people actually interact with it, not just how it looks.
-
Design isn’t linear, and neither is my process. I stay flexible, adjusting to what the project needs as it develops. In an ever-changing industry, being comfortable with the unknown is essential. That constant iteration keeps the work relevant, thoughtful, and built for the future.
